Brum Canals Walk 22.02.26
The Brum Canals Walk is a chilled guided route offering a chance to experience Birmingham City from a different perspective. Starting in the heart of the city Brindley place, we’ll follow the canal paths into Edgbaston, passing through Harborne Nature Reserve, before heading back out through Ladywood and into the City Centre.
This walk is about steady movement, and noticing the quieter moments that exist within the city. As we move alongside the waterways, there’ll be space to connect with nature, the local community, and each other.

Meeting Point: Brindley Place (Exact location shared in community group)
Registration: 09:45am
Walk Start: 10:00am
Return Time: Approx. 2:00pm
Distance: Approx. 12km
Intensity Rating: Easy - Moderate
(Steady pace with pauses, suitable for those comfortable walking longer distances.)
Ticket Includes
Access to the dedicated Whatsapp to connect with other attendees and keep up to date with running of events for the day
Guided Hike led by the Trekkers Team
After the walk, the good vibes continue with an optional social for a cuppa and a chat, the perfect way to wind down ☕💬
