Forest & Flow Hike: Epping Forest 29.03.26

from £10.00

Introducing Forest & Flow, our first day tripper of the year! Expect early morning excitement, great energy, and that unmistakable Trekkers vibe as we head out from Birmingham to London (or you can meet us there!) for a full day of nature, movement, and connection.

This walk isn’t about pace or steep climbs; it’s about taking time out on a Sunday to simply flow. Moving at a steady pace, we’ll soak up the woodland atmosphere, enjoy good company, and give ourselves space to slow down, breathe, and take it all in.

We’ll be exploring the beautiful trails of Epping Forest, one of the UK’s oldest ancient woodlands. With its wide forest paths, open glades, and towering trees, it’s the perfect backdrop for a grounding, feel-good adventure outdoors.

We’re also excited to be collaborating with Epping Forest Heritage Trust, who help protect and share the rich history of this unique landscape. During the walk, we’ll take part in a short heritage moment reflecting on the connection between nature, history, and the diverse communities who enjoy and shape Britain’s green spaces today.

Expect a relaxed day that blends movement, mindfulness, heritage, and community the perfect way to reset, connect, and spend a Sunday outdoors.
