Join us for a calming and restorative gentle walk and Forest Bathing session led by Dominique Deleon.
Immerse yourself in Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of “forest bathing.” This experience isn’t about distance, fitness goals, or reaching a destination. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and resetting your nervous system.
Through gentle, unhurried movement, you’ll be guided to:
Shift your awareness from doing to simply being
Breathe in the natural, immune-boosting compounds released by trees
Notice the intricate patterns and beauty of the natural world
Quiet the mental noise of everyday life
Throughout the session, you’ll receive simple invitations to help you unplug, become present, and fully connect with your surroundings. There will be time for stillness, reflection, and mindful awareness.
