wILD rOOTS - Sutton park
Therapeutic Nature Connection Programme
This six-week programme combines nature connection practices, guided reflection, and practical wellbeing tools to help you develop healthier ways of coping with everyday challenges. Led by a qualified psychotherapist & supported by volunteers with lived experience, this weekly programme offers a supportive environment to slow down, reconnect with nature, and strengthen emotional wellbeing.

wILD rOOTS - Walsall borough
Community Nature & Wellbeing Programme
Wild Roots - Walsall Borough is a community nature and wellbeing programme designed to help people connect with local green spaces, improve their wellbeing, and build meaningful connections with both nature and others through shared outdoor experiences.
Through a programme of culturally sensitive walkshops and guided nature experiences, participants will have opportunities to explore the natural environment, discover local wildlife and heritage, enjoy gentle movement outdoors, and connect with like-minded people in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
This project is funded by The Birmingham & Black Country Wildlife Trust and forms part of the Walsall Community Nature Network

After-Work Nature Walks & Wellbeing
A relaxed outdoor wellbeing walk designed to help you transition from the working day into the evening.
Join us for gentle walks, mindful moments, and opportunities to unwind in one of Birmingham’s most beautiful green spaces. These sessions provide a chance to step away from screens, clear your mind, move your body, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Whether you’ve had a busy day at work, are feeling overwhelmed by daily pressures, or simply want to spend more time outdoors, these sessions offer a welcoming space to slow down and recharge.
