We’re incredibly proud to share a huge milestone in our journey. We’ve been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund!

For the past three years, we’ve been building from the ground up. What started as a simple idea to create more inclusive, accessible ways for people to connect with nature has grown into a thriving community. And now, thanks to National Lottery players, we’re able to take that vision even further.
Why does this matter?
This funding allows us to expand our outdoor adventure, urban walkshops (Yes Walkshops!) and introduce our culturally sensitive Green Social Prescribing offer across the Midlands. Our focus is simple: supporting the mental physical and social health of the global majority through nature connection.
We know that many people from our community are less likely to access traditional mental health services, often due to stigma, cultural barriers, or a lack of representation. Too often, people are left without support that feels relevant or accessible to them.
We’re here to change that. Through nature, we’re creating spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and culturally relevant, helping people reconnect, restore, and take ownership of their wellbeing in ways that truly resonate.
This milestone isn’t just about funding, it’s about people. We are powered by our community. Every single National Lottery player has played a part in making this possible. And just as importantly, so has our community, everyone who has shown up, supported, shared, and believed in what we’ve been building over the past 3 years. From day one, this has always been bigger than us.
What makes this moment even more special is the timing. This week, we celebrate our 3rd birthday. Three years of growth. Three years of learning. Three years of showing that there is a different way to connect people with nature, community, and wellbeing.
This funding feels like both a celebration of how far we’ve come and a launchpad for what’s next.
