25.10.26 ~ The Wild Reset: The Lakes at Lavender Hall

£35.00

A lil cold. A lil warm. A LOT of good energy.

Come and spend the afternoon with us at The Lakes at Lavender Hall for The Wild Reset, a chance to slow down, get outside, try something new and enjoy a little outdoor wellness with the Trekkers community.

The Wild Reset is our take on an outdoor wellness experience bringing together sauna, wild swimming, cold-water immersion and fireside connection in one beautiful lakeside setting.

THE WILD RESET AFTERNOON

Feel free to join us from 2pm to settle into the space, grab a coffee or cake from the on-site café and socialise with the Trekkers community before we get started.

From 3:00pm, you’ll have 90 minutes of free time to enjoy the sauna, ice baths and wild swim at your own pace.

Dip, swim, warm up, repeat or simply enjoy the sauna and soak up the atmosphere. There’s no pressure to do everything. This is your afternoon, your experience and your reset.

We’ll then come together around the campfire for a gentle, social session roasting marshmallows, making s’mores, warming up with some hot drinks and enjoying some good ole fireside conversation. 🔥🍫

WHAT’S INCLUDED

🔥 90 minutes of sauna, ice baths & wild swimming
🌊 Beautiful lakeside setting
☕ Optional pre-event coffee & cake at the on-site café

WHO IS IT FOR?

Whether you’re already a cold-water convert or you’ve never dipped a toe in before, you’re welcome.

Everything during The Wild Reset is completely optional. There’s no pressure to swim, plunge, sauna or do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

You don’t have to be a confident swimmer to enjoy the lake. There are sections of the water where you can stand, so you can choose how much, or how little, you want to get involved.
